Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at Fluke, you will be responsible for selling industrial testing instruments and equipment to customers in the process industry, including manufacturing, electronics, and energy sectors. You will work closely with distributors and end-users to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned segment
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute local and national market-making plans
• Perform market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
• Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of industrial testing instruments and equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
