Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to enhance our sales support force and provide proactive support to sales and customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers or sales teams.
  • Clarify technical issues with customers or sales teams.
  • Provide complete technical documents to commercial teams for order releasing.
  • Take on additional assignments from ISE leaders proactively.
  • Be involved in ISE tool exploration activities to enhance team efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work in a high-stress environment and be willing to work overtime.

You have a strong understanding of customer needs and can effectively communicate in various settings. You create a collaborative environment that allows others to achieve shared objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation & Instrumentation or engineering background with related experience.
  • Good English language skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and others.
  • 4 years of working experience in a related area.
  • Occupational Health and Safety acumen.
