Consultant/trainer

•         Building extending relationships with associate consultants.

•         建立与助理顾问的延伸关系。

•         Provide support and care to associate consultants during the project (order mission, briefing, meeting coordination, invoicing).

•         在项目期间为顾问提供支持和照顾（订购任务、简报、会议协调、开具发票）。

•         Communicate regularly with associate consultants for the latest practice and relationship maintenance.

•         定期与助理顾问沟通，以了解最新的实践动态和关系维护。

 

Manage vendors

管理供应商

•         Sourcing vendors to meet client needs (platforms, gifts purchases, training set-up hotels venue…).

•         寻找供货商以完成不同的客户需求（平台、礼品购买、培训设置、酒店场地……）。

•         Compare and negotiate quotation with a service vendor.

•         与服务供货商进行比较和协商报价。

•         Managing financial transactions under the service agreement.

•         管理服务协议下的财务交易。

•         Supervising task progress and work quality of service vendors.

•         监督服务人员的任务进度和工作质量。

 

Manage projects

管理项目

•         Coordinate the project's scope and, if not already in place, the delivery strategy through the proposal.

•         协调项目的范围，如果还没有到位，则通过提案协调交付策略。

•         Create an effective organisation for the project, including all key roles and responsibilities.

•         为项目创建一个有效的组织，包括所有关键职位和职责。

•         Contribute to building a proposal listing context & objectives, milestones, timeline and suggested methodology.

•         有助于建立一个提案，列出背景和目标、重要事件、时间表和建议的方法。

•         Lead the team in all phases of the project, including associate consultants.

•         在项目的各个阶段领导团队，包括联合顾问。

•         Organise internal preparation & kick-off meetings.

•         必要时组织内部准备会议和演练。

•         Regularly assess progress concerning planning and implementing appropriate control processes and monitoring project cost and budget performance.

•         定期评估与计划有关的进展，并实施适当的控制程序，监测项目成本和预算执行情况。

•         Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required to ensure the best OPM of the project.

•         根据需要与任何内部或外部方或合作伙伴进行联络和谈判，以确保项目的最佳OPM。

•         Ensure all issues are being managed in the most timely manner.

•         确保所有问题得到最及时的管理。

•         Help prepare project “post-mortem” presentations for the client (in front of top executives) that will impact maintaining and developing the relationship.
