About the role
In this position, you will lead product development projects of discrete SiC devices in cooperation with external local development and production partners and full end-to-end responsibility from Project Start until Product Release.
This is your new role
Accountable to achieve defined project results, according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization) Accountable that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of own projects Accountable to define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management in cooperation with external local partners Responsible to define the overall project plan in consultation / agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders within Nexperia organization up to EMT level Responsible to exercise judgement on the project set-up, competitive timelines, budget, efficient execution, changes and risks Responsible to manage all requested changes and establish change management process Responsible to analyze project risks (w. r. t. specifications, costs, timing, etc.) and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risksThis is you
Master's Degree in a technical field Min. 5 years experiences in leading complex projects within a technical business environment PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit Project Management expert with proven knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application Proven leadership qualities in leading product development projects and proven track record in product development execution Excellent communication / stakeholder management skills, in Mandarin as well as English Experience within Semiconductors and SiC products is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
