Job Description
Background

Luxor, a Seattle-based mining software company, has spent over six years establishing itself as North America's leading provider of Bitcoin mining software and services. We've designed our software and services to address challenges throughout the entire proof-of-work value chain, encompassing everything from site selection and ASIC procurement to pool services and data analytics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented ASIC Trading Desk Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in China. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Chinese market by identifying and developing relationships with key clients in the ASIC Trading sector. Our team members are located across all major mining regions.



ProfilResponsibilities:


  • Leverage your understanding of the ASIC market to identify new buyers and sellers of new as well as used ASICs.
  • Provide clients with a deep understanding of the ASIC market, including technology, economics, trends, and trading processes through presentations, reports, and direct communication.
  • Facilitate the sale and procurement of ASIC mining hardware for our existing and prospective clients in China.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and navigate complex business situations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on logistics, warehousing, and after-sales support for clients.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and suppliers in the Chinese market.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity within the Chinese ASIC landscape.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences in China to build brand awareness.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and participate in regular performance reviews.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales-related or customer-facing roles, with a focus on the ASIC or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business practices in the Bitcoin and crypto mining industry.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in China and the ability to travel within the continent.
  • Skills of building and maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with CRM such as Hubspot.
  • Basic knowledge of financial accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, and marketing, or communication.
