Key Account Project Leader/Manager

As a Key Account Project Manager, your role will be to:
- Understand client needs, Lead and follow-up on client service requests and projects.
- Understand QIMA platforms, fetch and interpret Data and trends
- Follow-up internally with preparing internal guidelines along with Key Account Managers
- Support in client meetings preparation, follow with internal teams on prerequisites
- Work closely with our Key Account Operations Leadership for service implementation on our systems
- Flag blocking points and propose alternatives
- Conduct awareness sessions internally among operational stake holders
Qualifications
It could be you if you have:
- A minimum degree in Textile/Apparel engineering (A Mechanical Engineering can be studied)
- At least a few years experience in product development
- Understand Quality Assurance and product merchandising or experience of 3rd party services
- Experience in Project Management, client facing and management
- Strong Powerpoint or Canva capability with ability to delivery and conduct a client meeting
- Good spoken/written English (other languages a plus: French, Spanish, etc.)
