Description

The Shelter Solutions Business, part of DuPont Water & Protection, is comprised by the Corian® Design and Performance Building Solutions businesses, combing globally-recognized brands under one business – Styrofoam™, Tyvek®, Great Stuff™, Great Stuff Pro™, Froth-Pak and Corian®, Montelli®, Corian Quartz. The business is designed to deliver solutions to both the interior and exterior of a building that enhance the performance and beautification of shelters across the globe. Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key SOE customers and Froth Pak business. He/she is responsible for key accounts management and optimization, business development, optimizing business model, and driving profitable business growth.

Responsibilities:

Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. Develop top tier SOE developers as key customer and drive new business through building connection with different function and position in SOE developers. Develop new customers for Froth Pak, low pressure polyurethane foam in multi-industries, include construction, marine, automotive, industrial pipes, etc. Achieve revenue and profit target, meet BD milestones. Enable the selected end user/designers to succeed with solutions, resources and professional guidance. Other sales assignments as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Others:

Bachelor’s degree or above. 15+ years in sales for a multinational company is required, 5+ years as Key Account Management or 5+ years as Sales Manager in multi-industries is required. 5+ application development or channel management experiences is required. Excellent key accounts developing experience and skills.
