About the role:

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with various legal and compliance matters, providing essential support to ensure that our operations align with relevant laws and regulations. As part of our commitment to promoting health and wellness, you will play a key role in safeguarding the legal integrity of our product offerings and business practices.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing PRC legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain and organizing legal files and databases, ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Conduct legal research and gathering relevant information to support ongoing cases.
  • Coordinate and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the legal team.
  • Prepare materials and summaries for legal meetings and presentations.
  • Manage correspondence and communications with clients, vendors, and external counsel.
  • Assist with compliance matters and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field. Proficiency in English is a must.
  • 1 + year of experience at legal department is a must.
  • Familiarity with PRC contract law, labor law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. can work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
