Requirements

工作职责

  •  提供专业知识和支持，帮助合作伙伴解决问题和优化业务流程。
  • 分析市场趋势和竞争对手，为合作伙伴提供战略建议和业务增长机会。
  • 维护与合作伙伴的良好关系，处理合作伙伴的问题和投诉。
  • 协调内部团队和合作伙伴之间的沟通，确保信息的准确传达。
  • 定期报告合作伙伴关系的进展和业绩指标。
  • 监测和评估合作伙伴关系的有效性和效率，提供改进建议。
  • 参与公司的市场推广活动，提升品牌知名度和合作伙伴网络。
Requirements
  • 在跨境电商生态系统中具有合作伙伴关系管理经验，包括电商平台、物流公司、仓储服务提供商和支付网关等。
  • 出色的沟通和谈判能力，能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行商务交流。
  • 具备金融科技或电商行业经验者优先。
  • 具备良好的人际关系和团队合作能力。
  • 具备分析和解决问题的能力。
  • 具备灵活性和适应力，能够适应快节奏和多变的工作环境。
