DuPont Auto Adhesives & Fluids business is global leader in automotive adhesives market with continuous innovation and success in leading OEMs. With electric vehicle adoption expected to increase exponentially over the next few decades, automakers and tier suppliers are increasingly shifting their focus towards full-electric vehicle components and systems, which generating complex automotive challenges and opportunities. We have a wide portfolio of solutions for auto electrification, such as battery pack thermal management and assembly, light-weighting and E-powertrain segments etc. DuPont adhesives will continuously provide innovative solutions to be the market leader in vehicle electrification, automation and supporting infrastructure space.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of near and longer term marketing plans and growth strategy with global marketing, lead regional marketing plan communication/track execution Closely work with sales and Business development team to drive valuable pipelines build up and delivery Closely work with TS&D and product manager to focus on revenue and gross margin from new products and market share at targeted segment with resources allocation and prioritization Emphasis on commercialization including the development, execution of launch plans, support materials, training for sales. Execution of new product value proposition, value pricing, and value capture Strengthen cross region Marketing & Commercial excellence programs such as GKA management, channel management etc. Build up market intelligence and execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required; Engineering, Chemical or Marketing related majors; MBA background is preferred. 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry. Relevant marketing experience is preferred. Verse with key marketing tools (market research / analysis, competitive analysis, segmentation, value proposition, 4Ps strategy) Direct experience in the Automotive or Adhesive value chain (OEM – Tier). Good understanding of automotive development / approval and implementation processes. Leadership / Influencing skills across a broader variety of functions & geographies. Strong written & verbal communication skills, Strong customer orientation and logic thinking. Leadership, effective teamwork, yet ability to work independently and self-motivate. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect internally across businesses and externally with industry players (customers, specifies). Result orientation and owner mindset.
