A two-year programme for people who want to work on Cloud, cyber, data and AI to solve problems at a global scale for millions of customers.

What you’ll do:

Through technology you will power the world’s leading international bank, delivering easy and innovative digital experiences for customers and colleagues, while keeping people’s money safe and their data secure. 

You’ll get to solve complex problems that have a business-critical impact and create products or services through innovative use of technology.

You’ll work with a range of technical teams on large-scale, global projects that will give you experience within Engineering, Cyber Security and Data.

The programme offers a personalised growth path, global experience, and skills. You’ll have exposure and the opportunity to apply your learning and skills to a range of areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Metaverse, Quantum Computing, Digital Trust, Development, Operations, Innovation and Transformation, Architecture, Global Payments and more.

What you’ll learn:

You begin with an immersive induction programme to learn about the bank’s technologies and how we are driving the future of banking.

Over the two-year programme you’ll have exposure to different technical teams. You’ll have a structured learning programme and the opportunity to get professional, industry-recognised certifications in areas such as Java, Agile, Cloud, Cyber Security, Software development, Technical Architecture amongst other areas.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and people to support you during your time with us so that you’re well prepared for your future.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

Bachelor's, Master's or postgraduate students, or recent graduates (Graduation year between
have obtained or working towards a out of GPA if you are studying in China or a 2:1 or equivalent degree if you are studying outside of China (as appears on your official university transcript or Degree certificate).
fluent in English and Mandarin.
legally permitted to work in mainland China.
