We are looking for a Clinical Development Head China who is supportive, multi-tasking and energetic to join us in our Medical team, based in our China office.

 

What youâll do

  • Develop local strategy,  implement and lead the delivery of innovative Clinical Development Plans as part of an Asset Development Strategy for projects from Early development through to full lifecycle management with a focus on China. Provides leadership, mentoring, supervision and over-sight for China Clinical Development teams, including conjointly agreeing strategy and implementation plans in line with UCBâs Strategic Plan.
  • Close liaison with other development colleagues to ensure that regulatory flexibility and payer requirements are built into development plans at an early stage to deliver speedy approval.
  • To effectively manage allocated budget, standard operating procedures, talent and professional development.
  • Represent UCB to external stakeholders (HCPs/ Health Authorities/Partners/Industry Associations) in China as a UCB Clinical Development Expert. as necessary.

Requirementï¼

  • Medical Degree (M.D.)
  • Global/regional clinical development experience and proven track record as a (global) leader in biopharmaceutical industry for at least 5-7 years.
