= Objectives =
• Drive the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for omni-channels to realize the strategic targets on sales, market expansion, penetration and profitability.
• Develop and manage social media strategy

= Main Tasks =
• Work with Portfolio Managers, Crop Managers and Sales Team on yearly campaign and budget planning
• Accountable for all marketing related projects from design, development, launch to maintenance including website, APP, social media, video production, news-release, and optimize user experience.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
• New branding initiative such as brand crossover, sponsorship to build powerful brand assets for BASF in agriculture.

= Job Requirements =
• Education: BS degree in marketing, PR, agriculture or a related field
Working Experience:
• At least 5-8 years working experience in trade marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications in consumer industry.
• Trackable records in developing and implementing social media strategy.
• Solid skills on content generation for campaigns and rich experience in event management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with deep understanding of consumer insights
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that can continuously engage, inform and motivate the defined target audiences.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
