Senior Program Manager, Amazon Business Seller Experience, B2B Marketplace

Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selections. The Global Selling team in China (CNGS) is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers' success and growth on Amazon.
Amazon Business (AB) is re-inventing B2B eCommerce by offering business customers of all sizes the same advantages Amazon has already brought to consumers including broad selection, low pricing, and great customer service.
The ideal candidate should be strong at understanding internal and external customer needs, identifying pain points, analyzing working models, deriving patterns, designing solutions, and managing roadmaps. He/she also needs to work across teams to launch products, manage product releases, engage user organizations, handle change management, establish stakeholder communication, and be responsible for the ultimate success of product launches against defined goals in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this opportunity include:
- Advocate on behalf of Selling Partners in all engagements. Drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the Selling Partner experience end-to-end.
- Clearly define and communicate product requirements, collaborate with and earn trust from internal stakeholders and external partners, and design and align system solutions.
- Build mechanism and acting as a proxy to reflect VOS (Voice of the Seller) in a systematic way
- Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership
- Facilitate/support region leader to manage critical business review

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years in program management, product management or business management
• Ability to work across multiple teams to drive alignment and execution
• Ability to work tactically and strategically and balance the short term and long term tradeoffs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability of presenting to senior management
• Excellent project/process management skills in handling projects, priorities, and deliverables against deadlines
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to handle data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop tools, and evaluate outcomes
• Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our Sellers and Business Customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields
- Experience with SQL or other statistical analysis tools
