职位陈述/我的具体职责是什么? 职位概述(要点) Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operation of the front office operations

负责协调每日前厅部日常运营Ensure that VIP guests are provided with personal, attentive and caring service

确保为给每个VIP客人提供殷勤、周到且个性化的服务Responsible for HHonors program and benefits

负责希尔顿荣誉会员计划及其相关待遇Accurately update and maintain guest information in the China Police Report system

保证客人信息正确、完整的录入中国公安报告系统Act as a role model, exemplifying delivery of Hilton Brand Service Standards

在工作中以Hilton的品牌服务标准为依据Attend briefings, shift handovers and other relevant meetings

参加例会、交接班和其它相关会议Be familiar with hotel’s contingency plan

熟练掌握酒店突发事件处理预案Completes shift report checks- rate, room discrepancy, credit check, blacklist report

确保检查包括：房价、房态差异、信用核查、酒店黑名单等相关报表Comply with Health & Safety, emergency, fire and hotel rules and regulations

遵守有关健康安全、紧急事件、火警和酒店规则等相关章程Daily checks on the VIP lists and ordering of corresponding amenities

每天检查VIP客人名单，为客人准备相关的礼遇事宜Requirements

What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：High school certificate- required

高等学校毕业证——必须Diploma or University degree in Hotel & Catering Management- desirable

酒店和餐饮管理学校的文凭或学位——优先考虑At least 3 years working experience in a similar role (5 star hotel)

三年或以上相关工作经验（五星级酒店）Computer skills- Fidelio Version 6

电脑操作技巧——Fidelio Version 6Solid communication skills

过硬的沟通能力Competent English language skills and proficient in Mandarin Chinese

英语熟练，普通话流利
