About the job:•Define, establish, monitor and manage country system & controlling standards and policies and drive key HR processes optimization & integration throughout the country•End to end HRIS projects management to ensure HRM operation excellence.•Employee data Hub management: monitor and manage personal data, time management and P-files for all employees, generate reports per ad. hoc requests•Manage HR information in shared Employee portal•Maintain HR knowledge database and provide regular trainings to the team and managers for different digital HR tools.•Continuous improvement on system configuration and escalate to related HR team about findings•Communication platform management•Global-Local system maintenance and upgrade•Daily coach of junior HRSP•Play a central role in continuously improving/updating the HRIS tools locally•Be the bridge to Global CoE for any related matters or actions What you know: •Knowledge & Skills •7+ years working experience as HR generalist with specialized in HRIS. Inside, 3+ years HRIS or process optimization related project experiences are preferred. •Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin •Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT is must, PBI & PQ are plus. •HR system experience like SAP/Workday/Platinum is a plus •Attitude & Motivation •Good communication across levels and functions •Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks •Quick learner and can work under high pressure •Team player We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
