Job Title: Sr. Manager, Alliance Management, Vaccines Business Unit

Location: Shanghai

Analyze and generate insights based on business data to support Alliamce & Customer Engagement team:

Collect and analyze information and data to generate insight and discuss with Partner central marketing team on a regular basis, including (1) key performance results; (2) key progress of vaccine ecosystem building; (3)  Regional team dynamics and alliance.•Develop national Alliamce & Customer Engagement team & Partners collaboration strategy and implementation plan, tracking performances and key initiatives;•Consolidate solutions for the Alliamce & Customer Engagement team to better guide the alliance management (e.g., Segment the Partner team into different types with cooperation advice.)•Support the Alliamce & Customer Engagement team to facilitate review meetings with the partner, to fairly deliver messages on the business performance, and mitigate the gap of understanding

Alliance management system development and management:

•Develop an effective system to monitor and evaluate the Partner team’s capabilities, performances, etc.

Support Alliance model scale-up and iteration:

•Support the iteration of the alliance model including management system optimization, digital tool pilot & implementation, etc•Coordinate at the national level to empower partner’s capability-building

Qualification Requirements

l  BS/BA or equivalent required, Business degree (MBA) and/or Scientific Degree is a plus

l  10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industry, preferably in Sales (Regional Sales Manager), KA, or Commercial

l  Experience in systematic distributor management

l  Good at data analysis

l  Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate demands from multiple stakeholders, both internally and with partners

l  Languages: Mandarin and English mandatory

l  Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
