Your role:
- Driving superior customer value by developing and executing the go-to-market approach to reach prioritized customer segments and ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio (incl. ologies, care settings, the associated product, solutions, services) in alignment with the Marketsâ Business and overall Marketing strategy.
- Ensuring perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches at market/country level. They enable performance of the portfolio in scope, including phase-in and phase-out management, as well as helps sales teams by ensuring sales enablers are in place.
You're the right fit if:
- University degree and 10+ years of related experience in the Marketing domain from medical related industry.
- Understands P&L including revenue & margin management.
- Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function.
- Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports.
- Champion growth of marketers across the organization.
