Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment order plan and Inventory Control

  • Place inter-company STO to sourcing plants based on DSI review and PO to Contract manufacturing plants against firm order.
  • Manage and control inventory at SKU level, to achieve the desired level of customer service while manage inventory at target level.
  • Apply internal transfer price and maintain in system.
  • Closely communicate with global supply chain planner and keep customer service informed for any customer order delivery schedule change.
  • Work with forwarder/warehouse to process import/export processing, customs clearance, and goods receipt with appropriate SAP entries upon material in & out.
  • Accountable for inventory accuracy of the warehouses and lead monthly inventory reconciliation and annual physical inventory count.
  • Coordinate Non-Productivity Inventory review with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.
  • Communicate product delivery information and request shipment of material when available.
  • Lead and Participate meetings ( Wisdom call, Decision center call etc) as required.
  • Have strong capability in prioritizing.

Business Processes:

  • Responsible & drive improvement for supply chain KPI.( DTP/DTR, Inventory, IH% , NPI).
  • Improve master data quality for the planning accuracy.
  • Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action on following KPI: DTR, DTP, inventory level.

Controls and Compliance:

  • Understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to inventory management, internal order management and import control.
  • Provide timely responses to all control & audit requests.
  • Work with relevant function to apply required import license and registration, ensure FSOP execution (both DuPont & 3rd warehouse). Review and track import quantity and value against license.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • SAP R/3 or other ERP system experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with the Supply Chain or demand management process preferred.
  • Import experience beneficial which would include sourcing & logistics and import/export regulatory knowledge.
  • Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office proficiency required.
