Job Description

We are now looking for a Business Expert for the Component & Quotation Flow Beauty team, focusing on product quotation and data analysis.

About the Component & Quotation Flow Beauty team
The team is part of the Component & Quotation Value Stream within Production Processes and Tech Development, with a mission to digitalize the way of working with the beauty assortment. You will play a key role in making history, as we are developing a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system tailored to H&M Group's beauty needs. The team operates agilely, swiftly adapting to changes and collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Business Expert, you will act as a Requirement Analyst or Business Analyst, understanding and meeting end-user needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Experts, Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure business value. Key tasks include identifying and prioritizing critical requirements for the Component & Quotation Flow Beauty roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating data insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance product value.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Drive the beauty product quotation processes
  • Enhance product value for end-users
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories
  • Collect and analyze data to improve user experience, create insights to support business actions
  • Optimize existing business processes through data and user insights
  • Ensure alignment of product deliverables with business objectives via User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Foster continuous collaboration between stakeholders to integrate business and technology
  • Conduct training sessions to engage and motivate the team and stakeholders
Qualifications

You and your product team will operate on both operational and strategic levels to pinpoint areas for potential improvement. To excel in this role, we value the following qualifications:

  • Experience with product quotation
  • Understanding of the complexity of beauty product development is beneficial
  • Enjoys working with numbers and analyzing data to identify patterns and insights
  • Data Analyst background is beneficial
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in digital product development and problem-solving
  • Ability to develop business cases aligned with product value propositions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond rapidly to changes
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence is beneficial
  • Experience with Scrum ceremonies; Scrum Master certification is beneficial
