Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates closely with the Senior HRBP Manager – Global Operations to provide HR assistance to the Data and Devices central operations teams, including MPDE, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Footprint, EHS, and PBL. Additionally, this role supports global transformation projects by contributing to human resources activities such as organizational and talent development, change management, succession planning, and talent acquisition. The role focuses on ensuring alignment and consistency of HR initiatives across central operation functions and regions, and also involves supporting function-led transformation projects to guarantee the timely and accurate execution of HR responsibilities within a complex and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the D&D HR team to assist the Global Operations function by designing and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support critical business projects that require analysis and proactive actions based on trends and metrics.
  • Track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for central operation teams and transformation projects through a maintained dashboard.
  • Aid central operation teams in identifying organizational needs and developing workforce and learning plans for team growth.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure alignment across initiatives, teams, and regions.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Regional Partners, HR COE, and HR Services to deliver HR initiatives for business imperatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement through communication, programs, and growth opportunities, including conducting employee engagement pulse surveys.
  • Coordinate and support HR-related projects and initiatives within the Operations Function, including data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
  • Act as the Ops HR communication focal point for all HR-related communications within the Ops team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / HR KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business/HR related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR working experience and at least 3 years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
  • Experience in global or international organizations, manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and HR functional expertise in various fields.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
