Description
Lead Service Quality Excellence team in China region Drive service quality excellence in China region:Identify opportunities to secure service quality excellenceDevelop and deploy service excellence programs/projects, e.g. on new machine quality etc. Develop and improve quality systems in China region:Review and improve quality systemsFacilitate quality audits (internal and external)Work with stakeholders on follow-up & improvement Setup and maintain internal quality dashboard:Align with ASML headquarters on targets/KPIsDefine leading KPIs for main programs within team Assess and improve Quality within region and upstream:Program definition based on customer feedback and main root causes for quality hitsFact/Data based drive upstream quality linked to direct impact at customer site Perform other duties as assigned or requiredEducational Level
Bachelor degree or aboveExperience
Experience in the semiconductor business Experience in Professional Field Service Operations Experience in Quality management systems and methodologies within a high tech business to business environment.Personal Skills
Strong people leadership skills Strong customer oriented attitude KPI oriented and able to drive team's performance Track record in process improvement/optimization & change management Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English Strong influencing skills to engage all relevant internal and external stakeholders Able to analyze and draw conclusions from data or report information Hands-on in problem solving Analytical thinking skills Team player, one team one goalDiversity and inclusion
