What will your role involve?

  • The Account Specialist oversees client relationships, conducts in-depth analysis, presents to senior management, and negotiates contract renewals. They grasp clients' businesses from a macro perspective, identifying opportunities to apply research to key issues.
  • Manage existing clients in China (including Taiwan) for the US, Canada, and Mexico markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and develop Technology clients, including creating detailed client plans, understanding internal objectives, and addressing data inconsistencies.
  • Manage client relationships in China (including Taiwan).
  • Meet financial and administrative requirements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Evaluate product applications for clients' business needs.
  • Expand client base and revenue within budget.
  • Collaborate with US-based account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client-facing role in consumer electronics or market research.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in the selling process and MS Office.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
