1. Purpose of the Job

We are looking to establish the mobile vacuum business in China and later on in the East.

Key purpose of the job is to analyse the existing mobile vacuum business in China and what steps have to be taken to become a major player in this segment. As starting point should get used the existing mobile vacuum equipment, which should get sold.

This position will direct report to the general manager CC China and the program manager mobile vacuum by dotted line.

Key requirements are:

Evaluate the existing market regarding competitors, sales channels, customers and used products with pricing.Analyze the used and best technology for typical mobile vacuum applications.Develop a sales and growth strategy to become a leading player in the mobile vacuum business and present to the program managerMaximize the synergies by selling the existing mobile vacuum products in the local marketDevelop a professional market presence with market pricing and marketing materials including brochures, application notes, application trainings and customer presentations with the help of the local communication team. Define new markets/ applicationsSpecify technical and commercial requirements of products to support the local market

2. Principle Accountabilities

2.1. Understand the local mobile vacuum market

Establish in-depth product, application and competitor knowledgeProvide presentation about the market requirements and how the actual products can get used in the local market to the program managerEstablish market contacts and define how we can grow mobile vacuum business in ChinaSell existing mobile vacuum equipment into the marketEvaluate and clearly articulate market requirements for new products and capabilities to produce Business Cases and Requirement Specifications to ensure that appropriate projects are adopted

2.2. Develop a growth & sales plan for China

Prepare a presentation with all necessary market insights how to become a leading player in the mobile vacuum businessDevelop business plans how the growth plan can get reached and which products have to get changed or developedDevelop local marketing material to introduce mobile vacuum to the market

2.3. Develop mobile vacuum in the East region

with the knowledge of the collected information and further local insights build up a growth & sales plan for the East

3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree level in engineering or at least 5 years' experience in technical sales / marketing or engineering ideally with an engineering or truck related companyA strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilityInfluencing, communication, presentation and negotiating skills, both internally and externally. Able to achieve credibility and command respect.Able to develop/build relationships and interact effectively with customers at a senior levelVery good level in communication and writing in EnglishCommercial and technical knowledge of mobile vacuum or truck related market of advantageKnowledge of Microsoft tools including SharePoint and Power BI a must, SAP, CRM and BW experience would be beneficial
