Responsibilities
Location: Guangzhou/Shenzhen
Purpose:
Account managers play a crucial role in the commercial aspects:
- Account planning and management
- Pipeline development
- Value capture
- Protecting, defending, and expanding assigned and developmental accounts in the territory
Key Activities:
- Account Planning and Management:
Being the main point of contact for specified customers
Developing account plans for all designated customers
Executing account plans and devising corrective actions when necessary to address any gaps
General account management tasks such as customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, and customer service
Pipeline Development:Generating project ideas
Implementing translation priorities
Requesting technical resources for sales support
Introducing and promoting new products to customers
Value CaptureCollecting volume/pricing/share intelligence
Maximizing price realization to meet the customer's needs
Taking necessary steps based on leakage management recommendations from product lines
Creating and maintaining sales forecastsManaging all SFDC data associated with assigned accounts (Account plans, relationship maps, etc.)Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Strong business acumen
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to establish productive relationships internally and externally
- Customer-oriented
- Demonstrate a proactive "hunter" mentality
