About Strategic Partnership Team

The Strategic Partnerships team at Agoda is a group of creative entrepreneurs who specialize in developing solutions for external partners of different Booking Holdings brands. The team focuses on driving growth for all brands by offering tailored business models and product solutions, resulting in tangible value creation. Empowered team members work collaboratively to expand market reach, establish mutually beneficial relationships, and utilize the extensive accommodations portfolio and tech solutions of Booking Holdings for the advantage of partners. The team's responsibilities span strategic planning, business development, sales operations, project management, product development, and data analytics.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management
  • Skills in articulating value propositions to potential/existing partners
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities based on complementary strengths
  • Proactive account management to drive performance growth
  • Collaboration with internal teams to leverage resources effectively
  • Supporting the Strategic Partnership team through knowledge sharing and project initiatives
Competencies / Skills
  • Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, particularly in the Travel industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Numerical, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Professional approach with a focus on execution
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Experience in B2B partnership management is a bonus
  • Preference for SQL skills
