A key role responsible for the successful installation & commissioning of Engineered System (ES) projects and Service responsibilities. The successful candidate will be trained & working on Ultra-Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), EDR, EDI, MBR, MABR, and chemical feed systems. The role will be based in Western Australia (Perth Area) but will provide commissioning and services support to sites across Australia and New Zealand with the ability to travel, as needed – approx. 70% of the time.

Job Description

Formulate CMS toller management strategy aligned with business MTP, follow business DOA and process from cross functional sourcing, regulation and supply chain etc.; Build the market intelligence in related segment, explore and develop new Toller resource, assess and steward toller quality performance by implementing field audit and inspection, coordinating and managing non-conformance or complaint from customer. Manage New Product Introduction as per needs, especially for alternative sources, through field audit, quality validation and registration support until commercialized. Maintain and optimize tolling process & quality compliance to VEOLIA standards Periodic review and report to management team in the view of toller performance Provide proactive solutions on future VWTS CMS supply model based on chemical industry supply insights complying with government regulations also beneficial for business sustainable growth Lead Tolling manufacturing in region to support sales in end market, in a sustainable and cost effective manner.

Qualifications

BA required with Chemical background Familiar with toller resources and mapping in chemical industry In depth understanding of CMS reactions process and product Strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable with conflict and have edge to lead the change Organizational Skills, can drive result under a highly matrix organization Good command of English Strong negotiating skills Strong integrity, code of conduct, full compliance Passion for driving the most competitive cost advantage
