In this exciting role you will be leading a development team with the focus on development and release of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.
This is your new job
Leading the Nexperia Shanghai SiC development team Develop and introduce products and technologies according business/product portfolio strategy and relevant quality targets Contribute to product roadmaps and identify competencies needed Recruitment, appraisal, coaching & training of direct reports Provide first level management support for your team's projects (escalation, consulting) Identify, evaluate and establish external development and production partners Suggest and influence innovative products and product enhancements to better meet customer needsThis is you
University degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience power semiconductor industry Profound understanding of SiC semiconductor technology Project management skills (e.g. planning and execution, risk management, facilitation techniques, stakeholder management) Understanding of development methods Proven capability in leading people Fluency in Chinese and English Strong communication and networking skills across different cultures Willingness to travel to local partners and to Product Group office in GermanyThis is your department and colleagues
