Manager, E-Mobility Business Development

Main Tasks:
[Drives the profitable business growth in E-Mobility China]
- Delivers an accountable business growth (volume and cCM1) of E-Mobility in country, especially for target applications.
- Acquired and commercialized opportunities pipelines of E-Mobility, especially for target applications.
- Monitors and supports the operative E-Mobility business in country.
- Executes product portfolio positioning guidance for E-Mobility segment.
- Fully leverages Salesforce platform to manage the projects
- Develops and promotes new EP solution to OEMs, KAs and gain the projects with sales, TD and OEM team in country
- Drives E-Mobility customer engagement plans of country– strategic OEMs and TOP Tiers.
- Monitors and reviews marketing/promotion campaign's execution.
- Supports public relation and marketing communication campaigns for related business.
- Conducts studies/analysis on market trend, competitors, products' applications and technology, service needs.
- Drives new product developments of new application in Emobility
- Promotes sustainability solution to customers according to PM's strategy in Emobility segment
- 100% use of salesforce for project pipeline management.
- Implements and supports marcom development based on target customer experience. (Enhance marketing promotions in social media – WeChat, Google & LinkedIn etc.)
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science Degree or above in Polymer, Chemistry or equivalent, such as Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- 57 years technical sales working experience preferably with Engineering Plastics industry.
- Indepth knowledge of Engineering Plastics, technical knowhow and emobility applications.
- Emobility application development experiences would be highly desirable.
