Key Account Manager for E-Mobility Tiers

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager for E-Mobility Tiers. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to contribute to the growth of our business in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the E-Mobility industry, focusing on Battery tray, Battery housing, Battery cover, and Power Storage.
- Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the E-Mobility industry, including solution and technical training, new product launch, and frame agreement establishment.
- Identify business value chain and DMU, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at different levels.
- Find customer insights and pain points, create opportunities through customer co-development, WTL, and events.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Sales Force, updating project information periodically and clearly.
- Develop new customers through marketing leads follow, cooperation with glue material suppliers, partner networks.
- Work closely with the innovation center to develop customer application processes, technical validation, and process testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute customer events, delivering our USP, value proposition, and growing our brand reputation.
- Align E-Mobility strategy with divisional and other customer center teams, implementing China Plan successfully.
- Monitor E-motor, E-Transmission, E-Converter, E-Controller synergy with ELD team.
- Cooperate with credit controllers to resolve receivables and overdue issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Auto or M&E.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Tiers and Battery industry preferred.
- Basic management experience and leadership skills.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Microsoft PC skills, with expertise in Power Point and Excel.
- Knowledge of electrical vehicle manufacturing preferred.
