Key Account Manager for E-Mobility

Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Shanghai
Mission:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment and tackle challenging missions. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to contribute to the ambitious growth of our IAS division business in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote SCA adhesive dispensing, Henrob SPR system, KFLOW FDF system, ELD system, and integrated vision system business for the E-Mobility industry;
- Collaborate with international sales networks to achieve sales targets and increase market share;
- Manage and develop cooperation with target line builders in the E-Mobility industry, including solution and technical training, new product launches, and frame agreements;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels;
- Identify business value chains and DMUs, and create opportunities through customer co-development, walk-the-line, and events;
- Manage the sales pipeline in Sales Force to update project information periodically and clearly;
- Develop new customers through marketing leads, cooperation with glue material suppliers, partners' networks, and other means;
- Work closely with the innovation center to develop customer application processes, technical validation, and process testing;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute customer events, such as customer days, seminars, and roadshows, to deliver USPs and grow the brand reputation;
- Work closely with divisional and other customer center teams to align E-Mobility strategies and implement the China Plan successfully;
- Keep an eye on E-motors, E-Transmissions, E-Converters, and E-Controllers by synergy with the ELD team;
- Cooperate with the credit controller to efficiently and effectively address receivables and overdue issues;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Auto or M&E;
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales;
- Experience in Tiers and Battery industry preferred;
- Working experience in a multinational company preferred;
- Basic management experience and leadership skills.
