ROLE OVERVIEW
Tackle guest inquiries and concerns by connecting with the right department, whether it's Sales, Data Administration, or Accounting. Enhance revenue through savvy sales approaches while nurturing existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Reward guests with tokens of appreciation like rewards points, show tickets, or gift certificates. Boost both internal and external brand recognition. Handle requests to redeem Marriott Rewards points and manage reservation changes efficiently. Support Sales & Marketing through various office tasks such as filing, emailing, and typing.

Support management in staff training and motivation, setting a positive example. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a smart appearance, and safeguard confidential information and company assets.

Welcome and attend to guests following company standards, anticipate and meet guest needs, and express gratitude sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally, review documents thoroughly, and answer calls courteously.

Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, collaborate to achieve common objectives, and address coworkers' concerns respectfully. Ensure team members meet quality standards and expectations. Verify information accurately and participate in physical tasks as needed. Fulfill other reasonable duties as delegated by Supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory role.

License or Certification: Not required.
