Responsibilities
  • Generate quotes according to approved guidelines and company standards.
  • Assist Sales team in preparing business documentation such as bidding documents.
  • Enter orders into Oracle system and ensure timely approval process.
  • Manage order fulfillment including LC processing, prepayment follow-up, shipping coordination, import/export procedures, AR collection, etc.
  • Track shipments and deliveries, help Sales team obtain FAC for project closure.
  • Assist customers with document requirements like supplier information registration, CRM platform access, and account balance confirmations.
  • Maintain project documents and databases.
  • Provide administrative support and other assistance to optimize staff performance.
  • Handle any other tasks delegated by supervisor(s).
Qualifications/Skills
  • Preferably hold a diploma or bachelor's degree with a focus on international trading or logistics.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial or contract management.
  • Thorough knowledge of import and export order processing.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, and adept at building relationships.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
