Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain an internal data warehouse that integrates all internal application systems.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using tools like Semigo or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI, to extract insights from data and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Take ownership of supporting and maintaining assigned applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Generate and maintain documentation essential for ongoing support.
  • Implement change management processes effectively to forestall disruptions and outages, adhering strictly to company standards.
  • Coordinate with other Global IT departments to seamlessly implement ERP solutions like Dynamics and OA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in relational databases, especially MSSQL, with advanced SQL and stored procedure development skills.
  • Strong proficiency with data pipelines and ETL processes, using tools like Semigo or equivalent.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, particularly with Power BI, for data visualization and analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP application implementation, focusing on Dynamics AX and OA, and exposure to similar systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of commercial practices.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including collaboration with Excel VBA and SharePoint.
