The Senior Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the customer of Ningbo, Shaoxing and parts of Hangzhou

This position is part of the located in Zhejiang Province. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.

· Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on assigned products in assigned territory.

· Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.

· Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high-level knowledge of competitive products and services

· Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor's Degree and/or above, Good at English

· At least following core experiences: 5+ years of equipment, reagents or consumables sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation. own selling skills including customer presentations, price quoting, closing and growing a sales territory.

· Strong communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offers

· Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business need.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process

· Familiar with QlikSense or Sales Force
