What we offer:

• Coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as standard parts, parts according to drawing, equipment, tools, parts, supplies for establishment: Reviews requisitions.

• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.

• Maintains manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.

• Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with supplier development team or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and make sure the related department and vendor take corrective action.

• Prepares paperwork and invoices for payment. Expedites delivery of goods to users.

• May search for new sources of supply in China for the service purchase.

What we are looking for:


• University education in business administration or engineering

• Over 1 year experience in procurement preferably in an international company

• Preferably experience with procurement of standard C-parts

• Fluent speaking and writing English proficiency
