Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Scrum teams and their daily tasks within our organisation. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Scrum Team Management :Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines.
2- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team.
3- Communication:Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders.Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
4- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.Qualifications:1- Must haves:Fluency in both English and Chinese.Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.Bachelor's (or higher) degree.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
