Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR M&A and Business Transformation strategy and operations under project manager guidance.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Guide project team analysts for timely delivery and project objectives achievement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in HR.
  • Strong research and analysis skills.
  • Fast learner and team player.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfortable with travel and remote work.

Stand out with:

  • Excellent commercial sense and deal knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Valuation is a plus.
