Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Sales operation management

Manage sales operation including customer segmentation, salesforce sizing, territory optimization, sales KPI and performance report etc.

Enable consistent business rationales, templates, tools and analytical support to drive efficiency, productivity and discipline.

Establish and enhance business information structure and architecture for retail sales team, work with cross-function.

Diagnose current operation process, identify existing gaps and optimize SOP to improve effectiveness & efficiency.

Initiate related projects and drive key projects.

Sales process excellence

Diagnose / Analyze the current operation, process to assess the effectiveness & efficiency.

Identify the existing gaps and improvement priorities in operation and process and then design and implement the optimization plan.

Initiate the related projects and drive the key projects.

Data analysis and insight generation

Lead sales perform analysis and interpretation with dashboard and reports to understand business dynamics and generate insights.

Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis for sales team and management to support decision-making process.

Provide data support to sales team per request from sales team management.

Education & Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in statistics or business related, Master or MBA is a plus
