Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the product roadmap of Master Data Management(Store data, product data, digital asset and etc), working with tech team by agile delivery and supervising product implementation.
  • Customer centric, seek quantitative and qualitative feedbacks, craft hypotheses on how to improve customer experiences, model the financial benefit and lead internal and external teams to develop and optimize of the digital products for improving the business results and customer value.
  • Guide a product from idea to prototype to productions. Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products.
  • Craft the product vision, strategy, create the roadmap, and drive its execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure visibility and alignment around priorities and breakthroughs
  • Manage and drive to high quality delivery in the product backlog.
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and resource restrictions make educated trade-offs or provide alternative options.
  • Conduct market and product opportunity assessment, and provide pursuit support for strategic new business opportunities

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree. would be preferred
  • 4+ years in Product area.
  • Experience with data related product from retail or consumer goods industry is helpful.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge about agile development technology and methodology.
  • Ability to think big and investigate into details.
  • Consistent track record to multi-task and get results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail, flexible and able to work concurrently on multiple projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through sophisticated requirements and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Experience in an international business environment preferably including global ecommerce.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for others.
