About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Strategy Manager to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and customer needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in industrial design or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in UX or CMF design, or 3 years of design management experience.
  • Proficient in English language with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong storytelling and visualization skills with proficiency in tools like PPT, Photoshop, Blender, and After Effects.
