Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to oversee the training management for the ICP brand, reporting directly to the Training Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies and plans, creating engaging training materials, and managing a national team of regional trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training strategies and plans based on brand strategy, new product launch rhythms, and actual business status.
  • Create training materials, including courses on brand knowledge, product information, sales skills, and service competencies.
  • Manage training projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up, to ensure excellent execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and other departments to facilitate related training tasks.
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities from a training perspective and formulate corresponding training actions to contribute to business achievements.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in training management for mid-to-high-end fragrance brands in an international company.
  • Strong retail training mindset and business result-oriented.
  • Diligent and responsible work ethic, positive and optimistic attitude, strong stress resilience, high cooperative spirit, and a continuous willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent spoken English, and familiarity with basic office software.
