  1. Allocation and Replenishment

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely allocation of products to UGG retail stores, including concept stores and flagship stores. Partners with cross-functional teams to analyze store and region profiles, and execute allocation strategies based on sales performance and inventory status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute initial allocation to each store for different season's products by size level based on Launching Plan and Assortment Plan.
  • Review store performance and inventory position, and lead weekly replenishment activities to ensure timely and sufficient inventory support.
  • Suggest and execute timely consolidation plan for stores/regions and support cross region/channel transfer based on business needs.
  1. Analysis and Reporting

Monitors retail sales and tracks inventory movement to determine replenishment or consolidation actions. Develops and communicates allocation strategies based on current sales performance and inventory status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor retail sales and track inventory movement.
  • Analyze store and size trends, and provide feedback to buying/merch team.
  • Apply key findings to future allocation plan strategies.
  1. Bulk Order Management

Creates and maintains all retail orders in a timely and accurate manner, with compliance to bulk order policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain all retail orders.
  • Responsible for daily check Bulk order schedule status.
  1. New Store Opening

Leads the preparation and execution of new store inventory deliveries to ensure consistent assortment and sufficient depth to meet business target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of new store inventory deliveries.
  • Communicate with Merch, Buying, VM and Retail teams on any product concerns.
  1. Cross-functional Team Work

Works closely with Retail Operations, Logistic team, and store/area managers to ensure smooth store operations and fulfill special demands on stock.

  • Communicate with Retail Operations on inventory and replenishment adjustments.
  • Work closely with Logistic team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of newness product.
