Drive Business Compliance with Siemens

We're seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our vibrant international team at Siemens Ltd., China. As a key member of our Compliance team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business within Siemens and beyond.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks in Operational Compliance and ensure compliant business conduct in respective units.
  • Adopt and promote global and local compliance guidelines in the business unit.
  • Support RCO tasks and projects, including central training and communication, specific compliance topic ownership, and supporting fulfillment of core regulatory requirements in China.
  • Ensure the Compliance system is well-established in the operational factory, including adopting compliance policy, regular CRB meetings with business management, training and communication, and case handling.
  • Regularly meet with Business Management to update Compliance messages and deliver compliance training & communication to responsible business functions.
  • Assist in Compliance case investigation and Audit on demand.
  • Provide daily consultancy with Compliance questions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Compliance.
  • Ability to work in a team.
