Your expertise in compliance will enable our innovators to focus on what matters most – developing life-changing medicines. As a Compliance Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations are conducted with integrity and transparency.

What You Will Achieve

As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for monitoring business activities, identifying potential compliance issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Your analytical skills will help you identify areas for improvement, and your communication skills will enable you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct on-site or remote monitoring of business activities and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Escalate potential non-compliance issues to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risk areas and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess high-risk exposures and conduct monitoring activities as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from business stakeholders on Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct proactive reviews of Compliance operations and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Compliance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, organizational skill, and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Key Enterprise Resource Planning and Edge system experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau and advanced system applications
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of FCPA
