Project Scope and Targets:

• Clarify project targets and scope, ensuring accountability and responsibility.

• Define project requirements, including product cost levels and quality targets, and ensure they are clearly understood by the project team.

• Guarantee that targeted customer and business value are understood and prioritized by the project team.

• Develop feasible budget proposals to achieve project targets.

Project Ramp-up

• Decide and implement the project execution methodology, promoting Lean and agile ways of working where applicable.

• Establish a project team or identify agile teams contributing to the project, and manage resources and allocated efforts to achieve project targets.

• Manage project governance and reporting processes, ensuring effective communication and action planning with the project team.

• Develop and maintain a project master plan, ensuring its execution and updates as needed.

Project Execution

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams or teams of teams to achieve project targets, balancing allocated resources and project needs.

• Ensure quality levels against targets, taking corrective actions when necessary.

• Manage project interfaces with key stakeholders within KCC KONE Elevators Co. Ltd and outside the company, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

• Identify and manage project-level risks, planning mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions with stakeholders.

• Monitor and resolve project impediments, escalating them if necessary, and ensure safety practices are followed by all project stakeholders during execution.
