Project Scope and Targets

As a China BPR IT Project Manager, you will be accountable for clarifying project targets and scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clarifying project requirements, including product cost levels and quality targets
  • Ensuring that targeted customer and business value are understood by the project members
  • Making feasible budget proposals to achieve project targets
Project Ramp Up

You will be responsible for deciding and following the execution methodology for the project, promoting Lean and agile ways of working, and aligning project methodologies accordingly. This includes:

  • Managing resources and allocated efforts to achieve project targets
Project Execution

As a China BPR IT Project Manager, you will be accountable for leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project targets, within the constraints. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and ensuring quality levels against targets
  • Identifying and managing risks at the project level and planning mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions
