Position Overview:

This position entails overseeing daily case management activities to facilitate the issuance of cases and address complex cases and special requests. Collaboration with Planners, Field Managers, and the Distribution management team is essential to ensure the quality and compliance of each case.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver daily case management services to support frontline teams in achieving business objectives and positively impacting production metrics and KPIs (e.g., ANP, Product Mix, and VNB).

· Streamline case management processes efficiently and effectively.

· Possess knowledge of various funds, including both public and private options.

· Hold a professional qualification certificate related to fund management.

· Collaborate with Planners and Field Managers to facilitate and oversee the entire sales and delivery process for each case.

· Assist in resolving complex cases and special requests.

· Provide prompt responses to inquiries from frontline sales during the sales cycle.

· Ensure effective daily case handling practices.

· Adhere to all internal compliance, risk management, and external regulatory standards.

· Attend and successfully complete all assigned training within the required timeframe, understanding the implications of non-compliance as outlined by the AML Education Lead FCC.

· Maintain vigilance for unusual activities in accordance with legal responsibilities.

· Report any unusual activities as necessary.

· Support the Country or Regional FCC AML Office/AML Investigations by providing additional information when requested.

Qualifications:

· Preferred experience in the insurance sector with strong business insight.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong analytical skills with the capability to independently drive projects forward.

· Fluency in Mandarin is required, with basic proficiency in English being advantageous.

· Must demonstrate teamwork capabilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications.
