Key Responsibilities

As Associate Director of Education and Training, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Beauty Advisors and sales staff in the TR China region.

Decision Making

  • Plan and develop training modules and tools to ensure field sales staff are confident to achieve desired results.

  • Develop training calendars that cover product knowledge and selling behaviors training.

  • Make decisions about the development and career progress of AEM.

Problem Solving

  • Develop solutions to improve the effectiveness of educational programs.

  • Work closely with Regional Education Manager to solve problems that arise in the development or delivery of educational programs.

  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers and Affiliates to translate education materials.

Independence of Action and Accountability

  • Act independently to improve educational programs and AEM development.

  • Take ownership and responsibility for the development of Beauty Advisors.

  • Ensure that all educational programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Leadership

  • Lead the sales team to support skill development of field staff.

  • Provide overall support for branded live-streaming and offline marketing/sales events.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the education team.

Budget Responsibility

  • Ensure that educational programs are cost-effective and within budget.

  • Manage the assigned education budget for the region.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum planning for field staff training, particularly in cosmetics/luxury retail business.

  • Established track record in training and people leadership.

  • Possess extensive knowledge in beauty, particularly in skincare and fragrance.
