Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate SMKT Director, Online to lead our e-commerce strategy and team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, managing brand P&L, and establishing a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead e-commerce channel strategy and plan development by brand based on insights and selling trends.
  • Enable channel activity with reasonable investment and business analysis.
  • Manage brand P&L by effectively allocating brand/project budget and monitoring expenses.
  • Establish an agile and innovative team culture, and establish cross-functional leadership with Marketing, EC sales, and other BLT stakeholders.
  • Develop talents by setting up team & individual training & development plan, retain top performers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 12 years and above work experience, above 5 years E-commerce experiences preferably from a personal care brand.
  • Ample campaign experience and solid understanding of digital marketing and EC marketing and SMKT.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience with big picture and strategy thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with cross function communication experience, Passion for winning and quick response, project management and business analysis capability.
  • Fluent in English.
